Architectural Design
Starting off with the concept stage, our team of architects bring ideas to life. Through our distinguished forward thinking design approach they translate visions of clients into design ideologies that are both practical and efficient. This involves zoning regulations and site context before we proceed with schematic layouts. Unit mix and 3D modeling comes in on a later stage to shape the building. Based on that the design team starts to bring detailed drawings to life. All while ensuring that full coordination is implemented with the structural and MEP teams.

Structural Design
The structural team at KWEC works hand in hand with both the architectural team and the site team to bring architectural designs to life. We aim to use sustainable building materials all while maintaining the safety and structural integrity of a system as a priority. We are also experienced in rehabilitation projects and have successfully refurbished projects ranging from villas to high rise towers. Hence, providing cost efficient solutions to aesthetically pleasing projects

Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP)
At KWEC, our Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) team designs and delivers essential building systems that ensure comfort, safety, and efficiency. The team specializes in HVAC, firefighting, and heating and cooling systems for a wide range of projects, including villas, warehouses, factories, and low-mid, and high-rise buildings. Through careful coordination and adherence to industry standards, KWEC ensures reliable and well-integrated MEP solutions that support the overall performance of each project.

Project Management
At KWEC, our Project Management team oversees every phase of the project lifecycle, from initial planning through final execution. The team brings together experienced project managers, coordinators, and technical professionals who work collaboratively to ensure seamless project delivery. By carefully managing timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholder coordination, we maintain full control over project progress. With a strong emphasis on quality assurance, cost efficiency, and risk management, KWEC ensures that each project is delivered on schedule, within scope, and aligned with the client’s objectives transforming concepts into successful, real-world projects.

Interior design
At KWEC, the Interior Design (ID) team is responsible for planning, designing, and delivering interior environments that integrate seamlessly with architectural, structural, and MEP systems. The scope of work includes space planning, interior concept development, selection of finishes, materials, and Furniture Fixture & Equipment , as well as the preparation of detailed interior design drawings and specifications. The team works in close coordination with engineers to ensure functionality, safety, and compliance with applicable codes and regulations. Responsibilities also include supporting authority submissions, reviewing shop drawings and material submittals, conducting site inspections during fit-out works, and ensuring that the final execution aligns with the approved design intent, quality standards, and overall project requirements.

Cost and Project planning
Our team of planning engineers are responsible to issue a timeline for the project from the concept stage to the handing over stage on site. In parallel, they do cost studies that enable the client to get a clear idea on the budgeting on the project and understand the expenses throughout the project cycle. They also hold BOQ comparisons in the tender design stage of the project that enable the client to pick the most suitable contractor amidst our pool of recommended highly experienced contractors. We also have a contracts team that writes contractual agreements between clients and contractors as per the FIDIC redbook and Federal UAE law 5 of 1985.

Construction Supervision
At KWEC, our Supervision Team plays a key role in ensuring the successful execution of every project. Comprising experienced site engineers, inspectors, project managers, and technical specialists, the team works closely on-site to translate design concepts into efficient, high-quality outcomes. With a strong focus on quality control, coordination, and compliance, the Supervision Team ensures that all construction activities align with approved designs, project requirements, and industry standards.
