The Fold is an ambitious residential project that redefines modern villa living through forward-thinking and functional design. Developed by HUNA in collaboration with AROMA International, the project consists of 28 exclusive villas and a community centre, showcasing a clear departure from conventional residential architecture.

The villas feature contemporary interiors with a strong focus on detail, form, and materiality. Bathrooms are designed with modern-luxe finishes, combining matte black accents, soft curves, and balanced geometric elements to create elegant, timeless spaces.
